Featured Project
Building Resilience in a Hybrid Workplace demonstrates my approach to designing practical, learner-centered workplace training. Beginning with a training needs analysis, I developed a complete instructor-led learning solution that includes a 90-minute instructor-led workshop, facilitator guide, participant workbook, interactive learning activities, and an evaluation strategy. Every component was intentionally designed to create engaging learning experiences that support workplace performance, employee wellbeing, and meaningful behaviour change.
