Building Resilience in a Hybrid Workplace showcases how I solve workplace learning challenges through instructional design. Beginning with a training needs analysis, I developed a complete learning solution that includes a 90-minute instructor-led workshop, facilitator guide, participant workbook, learning activities, and an evaluation strategy. The project demonstrates how I design practical, learner-centred solutions that support workplace performance, employee wellbeing, and meaningful behaviour change.
